Our differentiation

You get partners, not junior analysts.

Most Big 4 and mid-tier firms won't give you a partner on your engagement. The partner is the salesman — we've dealt with them. Clients end up with junior analysts and staff accountants handling the situation, without much real-world experience to offer.

We do it differently. Our differentiation is simple: our partners represent the client, and are intimately involved from beginning to end. Whether it's an IRS issue, a state notice, a compliance problem, an M&A transaction, or an international structuring question — a partner handles it personally.

The automated portals on this site cover the volume work — returns, valuations, technical accounting questions. When the situation needs a partner in the room, that's where our team comes in.

Compliance & ethics

We operate under the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and applicable state board rules, including Circular 230 for tax matters. Engagements run under written letters with defined scope, independence checks, and conflict screening. Client information is held in strict confidence; AI tooling on this site never trains on, retains, or discloses client-identifying data. We do not provide attest services where independence requirements would be impaired.

Frequently asked
How do you protect client confidentiality?

All engagement data is held under strict confidentiality. Client-identifying information is never used to train AI models, shared with third parties, or retained beyond the engagement scope without explicit written consent.

What ethical standards govern your work?

We follow the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct, applicable state board rules, and Circular 230 for tax practice. Independence and objectivity are screened before every engagement.

How does an engagement typically work?

It starts with a scoping call to define the problem, timeline, and deliverables. We then issue a written engagement letter with clear terms. A partner leads the work directly, with regular check-ins until completion.

Do you provide attest or audit services?

We do not provide attest services where independence requirements would be impaired. When attest work is needed, we refer to an independent CPA firm and coordinate as your advisory partner.
